House cleaning

Professional house cleaning services

Recurring and one-time residential cleaning built around how your household actually lives.

Home360 house cleaning covers the interior of your home from the kitchen and bathrooms to bedrooms, living spaces and hard floors. Choose weekly, biweekly or monthly recurring cleaning, or book a one-time visit when you need the house reset.

Moving? Move-in cleaning gets a new home ready before the boxes arrive, and move-out cleaning helps homeowners, landlords and property managers hand over a property in good condition. Deep cleaning goes further into build-up areas that routine visits do not reach every time.

Home inspections

Residential home inspections for buyers and homeowners

Know your home before problems become expensive.

A Home360 home inspection is a visual review of the accessible areas and systems of a residential property, documented in a written report with photos. Buyers use it before closing, sellers use it before listing, and homeowners use it to understand what is aging in a house they already own.

Inspections describe observed conditions at the time of the visit. Where something falls outside the scope of a general home inspection, the report says so and recommends the appropriate licensed specialist rather than guessing.

What this service includes

  • Buyer and pre-purchase inspections
  • Seller and pre-listing inspections
  • New construction inspections
  • 11-month warranty inspections
  • Annual home maintenance inspections
  • Condo and townhome inspections
  • Roof, attic and structural observations
  • Plumbing, electrical and HVAC observations
  • Interior, exterior and appliance observations
  • Moisture-related observations and written reports

Inspection observations are limited to what is visible and accessible on the day of the inspection and follow the applicable standards of practice for residential inspections.

Leak detection

We don't guess. We pinpoint.

Non-invasive diagnostics that narrow down where water is escaping — before anyone starts opening walls or floors.

Knowing that a home is losing water is the easy part. The expensive part is finding it. Home360 leak detection uses acoustic listening equipment, thermal imaging, pressure testing and line mapping to narrow the suspected location and reduce unnecessary destructive searching.

We isolate interior from exterior, hot lines from cold lines, and mark the suspected leak location so a repair can be targeted. Home360 performs leak detection and diagnostics — the plumbing repair itself is handled by a licensed plumbing contractor.

What this service includes

  • Residential and hidden plumbing leak detection
  • Water meter testing and monitoring
  • Plumbing pressure testing
  • Interior vs. exterior isolation
  • Acoustic leak detection
  • Thermal imaging
  • Plumbing line mapping
  • Hot-water and cold-water leak investigation
  • Slab and suspected underground leak investigation
  • Leak-location marking and documentation

Home360 provides leak detection and diagnostic services. We do not perform plumbing repairs; findings are documented so a licensed plumber can work from a marked location.

Dryer vent cleaning

Residential dryer vent cleaning and airflow testing

A clogged dryer vent makes laundry take longer and puts unnecessary strain on the dryer.

Home360 cleans the full vent line, not just the opening. That means lint removal through the duct, cleaning around the lint-trap area, checking the exterior vent hood and testing airflow before and after so you can see the difference.

Common warning signs include clothes needing multiple cycles to dry, the dryer running unusually hot, a burning smell, excess lint around the machine, weak airflow at the outside vent, the dryer shutting off mid-cycle, and long drying times that keep getting longer.

What this service includes

  • Dryer vent inspection
  • Full dryer vent cleaning
  • Lint removal and vent-line cleaning
  • Dryer lint-trap area cleaning
  • Exterior vent hood inspection
  • Airflow testing before service
  • Final airflow verification
  • Camera inspection where applicable
